With noise reduction software it is a case of picking your poison. Well I hope this poison at least offers a pleasant taste!
Iain’s Noise Reduction is a filter for the G’MIC plug-in for GIMP 2.8. It is currently found in the Testing->Iain Fergusson folder.

Much of the central city was damaged beyond repair in the February 22nd earthquake and has been cordoned off while demolition of the damaged buildings took place. On Saturday 29th a temporary mall was completed and open to the public, in the location of the previous City Mall.
