Photos provided to you are under a non-commercial, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license. You may not sell or distribute the photos with prior agreement. The license is only provided once payment is received.

If you are unhappy with the photographs I will return the full amount, provided you have not used the photos in any way and destroy all copies.

One hour of shooting is $100 and includes post-processing as necessary. A $50 per hour of shooting is available in some situations.

You will receive the photos in a digital format.
